How do I add additional programs to the iso?

Can someone please explain how I can add additional programs to the iso? Also, how can I add a service to start at boot? Any help would be great sorry for the noob question thanks.

Easy way is,
Utils\PC Packed
Options -->
Enable "Add Startup Option"

and create new plugin, with this new plugin you can enable startup and make your build with whatever you want to startup with. ;)
