Attribute Changer universal

Recently I wrote a universal plugin for Attribute Changer 9x (Win8.1SE).

It differs from existing plugins such as this one by these features:

• It always points to the current programme installer to fetch
• It will hence require an online connection

currently xpe is using 9.10b

Yes, it's a static plugin: the binary is in a separate container file.
My plugin however, is always up to date (as long as AC's website remains unchanged).

I just don't know whether the Win8.1SE functionality could be transferred to XPE: that's the crucial point.
