However I forgot to mention I want the AIOs separated by version, not all versions in one.

I am talking USB - formatted FAT32 to support UEFI Booting
Separated versions, i.e., one AIO for Windows 7, another one for Windows 8.1, etc. Don't want to mix Windows versions.
Then the AIO has to be compiled in an iso file, ready to be burned onto a DVD (single or dual layer, size don't matter) and ready to be deployed by Rufus onto a USB drive (Rufus is a neat program that I know can deal with M$ isos).
The install.wim files within each source folders on each architecture folder (x86/x64) are already serviced with offline integrated updates AND multi-index (multi-editions).
Edit: I'm going to make right now a short video about one first issue I've encountered while compiling a Windows 7 AIO with double architecture folder...
