disable HotKey in Pecmd?

Hello i have problem...Must delete or change key HOTKEY in registry but

REGI $HKLM\SOFTWARE\PELOGON\HOTKEY!

is not working:(...anybody help me?...

Deleting $ then is ok....but i will make hotkey /alt+a/  letter "ą".....in several European languages we have additional letters (i.e. letters with "little tail") and to write them we use two keys: Alt+"standard letter".
"ą" its polish letter....anybody help?
