Also willing to help... I have been lokking for such a plugin for a long time, but I have never been able to get the dependencies working. Would be great though to be able to restore single files or folders from a full or incremental backup without the need to load the full software on a working Windows machine. Please share what you have.

I know it is old but Veeam is a very popular backup & restore solution and Veeam Agent is even free of charge! From Veeam Agent you can create a WinPE ISO which is working fine, could this help to make a plugin?

Hi
Tried to send you a PM but I think it didn't work..
Uploaded the Setup to my personal OneDrive:
https://onedrive.live.com/?authkey=%21AIp6ZUXQE3eUIw0&id=5A1EB264195DFDFF%21163420&cid=5A1EB264195DFDFF
Upload of the Rescue Media (PE ISO) is pending, should be in the same folder in a few minutes!
Thanks for looking into it, tell me if I can do something :)

• Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Management Objects

Thanks for revisiting this topic.
Just a note. There are 2 components comming with veeam agent for windows. There is a standalone recovery (baremetal only) environment, based on PE. And a second one, which runs under Windows, that also allows to recovery individual files from the available recovery snapshots. I think the baremetal ISO/WIM as a standalone WIM in a multiboot environment is what you looked at. I was trying to get the Windows component to run under WIN10XPE, but as you stated already, it depends and therefore tries to install the SQL Server 2012 Management Objects package, and that fails.
I opend another topic about that some time ago:
http://theoven.org/index.php?topic=2827.msg33196#msg33196
The install fails with an assembly installation error. I was trying to fully integrate it into PE, I just tried to run the installer from PE.
Any help would be really appretiated.
Note: the mega link above is down. Not sure what this included.

Follow to re-create App in WinRE Media > "C:\Program Files\Veeam\Endpoint Backup\Files\recovery_media_files.xml"

I've recently been doing the same thing. I can get it Veeam running using WinXPE, 50% of the time you'll get the Windows RE looking dark green window (in previous screenshot), 50% of the time it actually runs to restore gui straight away. Don't know how it decides which to run.
However, when I actually try a restore from a cloud connect site it eventually times out. I can get this working with a vanilla ADK generated Windows PE by adding WinPE-MDAC - I'm not sure if WinPE-MDAC is included in WinXPE?
