StartMenu Local Win (error)

I have a problem with this plugin. In case you can keep an eye on it. I created an entry in the menu called "Startup" in spanish (inicio) that I have not created and that is empty. There's no way you can not believe yourself. Can you help me?

There is this variable in the program, but from the outside you can not select it or deselect it. I think it is missing or must be added.

quick look to plugin, it does not add "Start up" desktop.ini ....
 Since VistaPE, People prefer deleting Startup folder (Optimization plugin) so I did not add desktop.ini thing to that plugin....
