Well Rufus author miss the fact that :
 "vast majority" of good users who like to use command line first make a research to find an answer and if not found ask,
 "vast majority" of regular users only ask again and again and again ....... without any research  (even without reading UI  )
   Democracy is not working well for good users on such cases.
