WinMerge Plugin updated

Hi Lancelot,
Just downloaded the WinMerge Script and before installing checked for update.
Had to omit out the .dll in the script as the new setup files didn't include the files.
Just wanted you to check it out.

I ran the plug-in on Win8.1SE in 64 and 32 bit and got a side by side error.
It runs fine on the host Windows 8.1_x64 but not in the pe.  Thanks for any help.

Yomi\AppY\File Tasks\WinMerge2
works on Gena when you enable vcredist plugin as instructed on interface,
 I am sure it will work on SE when you enable SE vcredist plugin .
