Welcome desin,

What I suppose, is that you download the latest versions on the server.
The script 0-PEshell.script was replaced by 0-Shell Loader.script with other adjustments.
If you have 0-Shell Loader.script in shell folder then remove 0-PEshell.script in same folder, it should work better
Unfortunately, wb download center does not allow to remove it. I need to found a trick to avoid this or just inform.

We already aware current Batch utility (winbuilder ) bugs ,   also on downloading ....
Time required to change current Batch utility to get rid of all these bugs , mostly on coding but also on downloading....

We made a plugin to workaround 

Use
Win7PESE\Utils\"Update Win7PE SE (Exact and Secure)"

to update your plugins, when you face such weird troubles
