Lightweight shell or Speed up login time

I love this project, but I was hoping to speed things up a bit during boot. Specifically I'm looking at a long login screen. In the past (Win 7 PE), I've used PStart to load all of the programs up (I had no explorer shell, which had advantages and disadvantages), but it appears that Win81SE has tight integration with the explorer shell... How could I speed up login time or switch out the shell to PStart?

Is that even possible?

Why not use "Win8.1" ADK to build a simple WinPE and run "Pstart" from it ?. It's pointless to use "8.1SE" builder to create a PE which doesn't need a graphical shell while it is simple to do with WAIK/ADK.

I want the "best of both worlds", and it's really tough to include WoW64 support from ADK, and wireless networking into PE.

I've tried doing it through ADK in the past, but it's just so much more complicated that way, and the plugins just aren't there.

Main Configuration -> Build Type -> PE in RAM

See if it "speed up" boot time 

Wow, it's night and day speed differences!

Still not as fast as my original pstart shell, but I think it's fast enough.

I hope following instruction is simple enough to follow:

Win8.1SE
Main Config: PE in RAM
Basic+Shell+PostConfig+CreateISO (all rest default)

Let's see how if this speed up more
