This feature is included in the version win10pese

Jon, You still have NOT responded as to why Control Panel "Add and Remove Programs" is useful in WinPE...
Verify your installed programs are visible via Control Panel - then shutdown & Reboot into back WinPE...
Verify your installed programs again via "Control Panel"

Also by your "Attachment" you act like you found something New or Made a Big XPE Project Discovery
Which clearly is not the case........
