Please help: WinPE suddenly auto reboot without any reason

I downloaded the latest WinPE project, built WinPE bootable ISO from Windows 7 x86 as source

Sometimes the WinPE OS suddenly auto reboot without any reason while running.

Checking on the Internet, I guess it may be due to its auto-mechanism will auto reboot when there is no job available for WinPE. Could anyone please help me tweak WinPE script file to prevent this symptom if possible? I use WinPE to scan the underlying OS for viruses, FYI.

However, I do not see any plugin named "72 hours limit" as you mentioned, attached is what I am seeing in my WinBuilder project. There is possible plugin that I can tweak is "Power Options", but I see to zero (disable).
