and from your question I think you would be better off with a more generic windows10 help forum and even there you
would need to supply a lot more details of your problem to get a helpful response.

As Apt said you would be better utilized towards that other forum mentioned.

You should also in the future provide more information about your windows 10 os. What happens, what error do you get? Error codes provide a lot of information which will help with further troubleshooting!
