need guide : Smallest possible size

Hello everyone, I need your help to make Smallest possible size Winpe with following feature's available if possible -
1. Explorer shell
2. .NetFX 4
3. Wi-Fi Support
4. No IE11
5. Minimum WinPE Cache Size
6. 7z, WinNTSetup and Windows Login Unlocker "no any other apps"

I tired many times but iso size above 900mb and not working on less then 1 gb of RAM.. so anyone who have experience on winpe please suggest/guide me (this will also help to other users who look for the same)

ps: with Flatboot Win10PESE copy all files (only not boot.wim) inside .iso .....

thanks Lancelot for suggestion, save 100 MB from you tip but still cant boot from 1 GB RAM.

1 GB is small 

use flatboot
