How can I use Windows 10 installer and Win10PE Se in the same USB drive with YUMI? If I choose the "Single Windows PE" option for Win10PE SE after chososing the "Single Windows Vista/7/8/10 Installer one for the Windows 10 installer I'm automatically redirected to the latter after booting from the USB driver instead of being shown the menu with each program I selected. I even tried choosing the "Try Unlisted ISO (GRUB Partition 4)" YUMI option for Win10PE SE and although I'm shown the menu this time, after loading Win10PE SE and signing in to my account I can't access all the apps (like the browser).

Have you tried the following?
https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/create-and-use-a-yumi-usb-drive-to-install-windows-10.3273368/ (https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/create-and-use-a-yumi-usb-drive-to-install-windows-10.3273368/)
You should not have to "Sign In" with PESE, it sounds like you have changed some settings in your build, that may related to the issue your having using apps like your browser.
Also as an alternative you can try AIOBoot - www.aioboot.com (http://www.aioboot.com) - for multiboot scenarios
Note: You can always right click and "open" a Win10 install ISO in explorer, from within a booted PESE to mount the ISO, and then click Setup.exe to install Windows

That's exactly what I did.
When I said I signed in to my account actually it automatically does that since I didn't set a password but chose to use the built-in Administrator account. This problem also happens if I don't do this.
Do you know if it has the program library as YUMI?
Why should I do that when I want to do a clean install?
Also, do you know why the USB drive only works on my PC because in the other I have the same issue (I'm automatically redirected to the Windows 10 installer after booting from the USB driver instead of being shown the menu with each program I selected) even after choosing the "Try Unlisted ISO (GRUB Partition 4)" YUMI option for Win10PE SE. I've tried different USB drives to no avail.

You can boot into PE and just mount the ISO run the installer (setup.exe) theres no need to multiboot. You can have PE with an installer inside it (both at the same time) But if you are having issues with Yumi and not with PESE you can ask at this link for support from the author: https://www.pendrivelinux.com/contact/ (https://www.pendrivelinux.com/contact/)

How can I mount the Windows 10 installer's setup.exe from Windows 10PE SE and do a Windows 10 clean install?
-
What a lot of people do is > replace the Boot.wim in the sources folder of the setup media with your custom WinPE boot.wim
This way the PC will boot into your custom WinPE and then you can run the setup.exe (windows installer) from media

And can I do a Windows 10 clean install and shoul I choose the "Single Windows Vista/7/8/10 Installer" option or the "Single Windows PE" (or even the "Try Unlisted ISO (GRUB Partition 4)" optiin istead of the latter)? Also, before booting from the USB is it possible to preview the Win10PE SE ISO?
