we use "Sumatra PDF" to read PDF files
and because of it's small size

If your willing to add 130MB to a PE, you're obviously doing more than just reading a pdf, but out of interest why 11.06 and not 11.0.21

Any version is not a problem

But the best version Adobe reader 11.06 works on win10pe
