After putting this trough multiple deployment scenario and different builds, I found 2 problems, 1 thing and a couple observations.

First Problem I used wrong variable wich created bad command if all in Ram selected in core.
Second I was Missing a little something for Rnd to pickup the last name used if running from USB.
The thing works flawlessly if Run right after Letterswap.
When using Mac If Computer get named ??-N/A... PE is missing Network drivers.
If it gets named ??-DISABLED... Link is down.

With this resolved I was able to boot a whole farm over pxe without problems. I updated the link in first post.
