I'm having problems running the application.  Whenever I run it I get the hiveload error message.  I've logged on and ran this as a local administrator on a Windows 7 and XP workstations, and still get the same error messages.  I've attached a log file from the Windows 7 workstation.  Any help would be aprreciated as I'm really needing to use this tool.

Thanks for your help.

Hi kornnuts,

Welcome,

I moved your topic to Win7PE SE section...

your above log with Windows 7 workstation, and it says "something" preventing builder make a hive load.....
as it says:
"Builder do not have permission to Load Hives - Build Halts. Exiting..."

I do not use Win7host, but I use XP host, and never had such a trouble yet.

Maybe an AntiVirus causing this, or !!! ??? When you figure out let us know ?

Also, here is a plugin to put your \Projects\Win7PESE\Utils\  (overwrite previous one)
http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?2ocn3a4n3p02e4z
This would provide more information about your failure on your next log....

I believe the AntiVirus software is the cause.  I'm new to this company and still learning how they build there images and I've noticed once the AntiVirus is installed wierd things happened to the local admin account and users who are admins.  I was able to install the PE Builder on my peronal laptop successfully, and create a cd.  Do you still recommend I install the new plugin?

Thanks for your help.

Since you already figured out, no need to, it will be on next distribution anyway
