Internet Explorer (Issues)

I get strange characters when I've been navigating for about 2 minutes. What can the problem be? I leave the capture below.

-A question: How can the favorites bar be activated by default? With the @James script, favorites can be added, but they are not visible when you open the browser. I would like them to be seen above.

-Second question: How can a favorite page be added directly to the StartIsBack menu in a specific category? Not next to the rest in favorites. Solved.

1º Create a bat that opens the url that you want in internet explorer.

2º Convert the bat into exe and add icon.
3º Create the scrit with XPE Packed Plugin Creator
