How to install Uxstyle to Win8.1SE?

Please help :) How to install Uxstyle to Win8:1PE for using unsigned themes?

I do not personally use unsigned themes, not my cup of tea. I have not looked at for a long time 

However, you should be able to use custom Aero Theme (aero.msstyles). The theme files are patched.
Have you tried the custom Aero Theme in Build\Themes

I want it in my custo PE build , but before use this i must patch some system files like a uxtheme.dll ...
But i dont know how :/
I booted to my custom PE build and install Uxstyle installer , but it is install to ramdisk X: and after i reboot so WinPE is fresh without Ux patch.

These three *.dll files need to be copied to > windows\system32 < prior to creating the target Image or ISO

You can add (overwrite) the existing files manually or use Additional Files script..

These files where extracted from windows 8.1 (x86) and are the patched 4.0 version

I used the codebox so as not to have live link to another website, but as a reference to the downloaded program..

The installer has 4 other bundled programs along with it..  uxstyle states it does not modify system files and appears (to me) to be more of a program loaded into memory..

Website also states if having problem with uxstyle - to use uxtheme > so just thought I'd Bypass the uxstyle..

I extracted the files via my host OS and did not want to mess with memory option

I know there is a plugin somewhere (or I think there is) that reads what system files where accessed by in installer.. But do not remember where I seen it..

mem patch is quite popular with reasons 
As you see on website normal patch is 2nd for insurance ;)


I wonder the reason not putting live link,
 Only reason I knew was forums forcing others to sign up to get link which never be case here,
  I feel there is another reason I am not aware, since I don't go around forums on net maybe I miss something...??

Since these are not normal (or portable) windows,
 Things naturally not available as normal windows,
  There is always interest to add normal windows things,
    But not easy and requires time, and there is always more importand thing around, lots of things waiting to be contributed.

Since you like to work on a project,
 Why not portable windows on iso :)
   Static .vhd creation available,
    Most people have 4gb or more ram,
     Maybe you can boot .vhd inside wim since it is writable etc....

If you like to work on such thing, lots of things already available   on projects.

  As far as I remember Virtualbox directly suports .vhd,
   Aside virtual testing, it can bu used for preparations too (like unattended setup)

Not enough time to watch now and WE now (my wife if I play too much with my PC  )
I keep for when I have more free time.

More customization than a theme but if you have free time, a plugin for Tihiy's OldNewExplorer (make your 8.1 explorer work like Win7/8 one) would be interesting 
It works well in Win8.1SE, the options could be made at build time probably.
